Warranty Policy

ALMA STUDIO jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Our warranty applies to issues that are determined to result from the craftsmanship or manufacturing of the piece.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or cosmetic wear
  • Accidental damage or impact
  • Improper use or handling
  • Loss, theft, or misplacement
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, or servicing
  • Damage caused by failure to follow recommended jewelry care

Each warranty request is reviewed individually.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at almastudio.jewelry@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the ALMA STUDIO warranty, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
